Campaign terms & conditions

1. 1. Campaign Overview
   The 35th Anniversary Campaign organized by Dadi International Group (“Organizer”) is open to all Malaysian residents except employees and immediate family members of the Organizer, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising / PR agencies and suppliers.
   
   
2. 2. Campaign Period
   This campaign runs from 8th January 2025 to 31st December 2025. Participants must accept their offers and make their deposits within this period to be eligible. The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule, or extend the Campaign period at any time without prior notice.

ENTRY SUBMISSION & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

3. To Participate:

• Participants must apply to study abroad through the Organizer during the campaign period.
• Participants must provide proof of accepting the offer and paying the deposit to the applied schools, universities, or colleges during the campaign period.
• Participants must commence their studies at the applied institution to remain eligible for the prize.
• The eligibility will cover the following intake periods:

• August/September 2025: UK, Europe, and North America
• January/February/March 2026: Australia and New Zealand
  • Participants joining the January/February/March 2026 intakes will have their eligibility confirmed after commencement of studies to ensure compliance. Winners for these intakes may be announced later if needed.
  • If a participant withdraws, their visa is rejected, or they fail to commence their studies, an alternate winner will be selected.
  • The campaign period may be extended to align with the commencement dates of the selected winners.

CAMPAIGN INFORMATION
There are 3 campaigns running:

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

4. For Campaign A Eligibility:

• • Participants must apply to study abroad through the organizer during the campaign period.
  • Campaign A are intended for students joining the July 2025, September 2025, January 2026, February 2026, and March 2026 intakes.
  • Students from Australia and New Zealand with February/March 2026 intakes are eligible to participate and win. However, to maintain engagement and ensure timely announcements, all winners will be announced by December 2025.
  • Participants must provide proof of accepting the offer and paying the deposit during the campaign period. If a participant withdraws or their visa is rejected, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. For Campaign B Eligibility:

• This is an unlimited offer available to all students applying through Dadi Education, with application fee waivers capped at 3 partner universities per student.

• Eligibility details:

1. • • Students can apply to any university globally.
     • Partner Universities:Application fee waivers are only for universities within Dadi’s partner list.
     • Non-Partner Universities:For non-partner universities, students will need to pay an additional service fee.

 

• Steps to qualify:
  a) Meet university entry requirements and academic results.
  b) Submit all required documents through Dadi Education.
  c) Waivers are capped at 3 partner universities per student. For applications beyond 3 universities, students must pay an application fee (valid from January to December 2025) as charged by the chosen university.
  d) This waiver is valid throughout 2025 and is open to unlimited students.
• Note:
  • Campaign B has no winners, as it is an unlimited benefit offered to all eligible students.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to adjust allocations and timelines for Campaign A to ensure fairness while sticking to the 2025 timeline. 

6. The winners for Campaign A will be announced as follows:

• December 2025:: 3 x winners for Campaign A prizes
  1. July & September 2025 Intakes
     • Countries: UK, Europe,& North America (e.g USA, Canada)
     • Winner announcement date: October 2025
  2. January, February, & March 2026 Intakes
     • Countries: Australia, New Zealand
     • Winner announcement date: December 2025

The number of winners and announcement dates may change depending on the intake months of the students who participate. The organizer will adjust the allocation based on this to ensure fairness.
Each participant is eligible to win only one prize.
• The organizer reserves the right to reject any incomplete or late entries.

7. For Campaign C Eligibility:
• Participants must like, tag, and share our posts to IG story & FB post.
• Tag @dadieducationmalaysia and use the hashtag #studyabroadwithDadi in their posts.
• Campaign C will run from March 2025 to July 2025.
Winners will be announced in August 2025, separately from Campaign A & B.
The participants who attend an online (Zoom) or offline consultation with Dadi Overseas Education during the campaign period will be eligible for a second chance to participate in the campaign.
By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the organizer
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to meet the requirements or provides incomplete or false information.

INFORMATION FOR WINNERS

8. Winners will be chosen by the organiser.

9. The winners will be announced via a short messaging system, phone call and Dadi education’s social media.

10. Winners are required to produce the following information in order to redeem the prize:

  • Contact Number:
  • Email Address:
  • Mailing Address:
  • Bank Account Details (Only if the prize involves a monetary transfer)
  • Proof of flight ticket:

11. If winners do not provide the complete information required by the Organizer as above, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner.

12. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prizewith other items of similar value without prior notice or explanation for the substitution.

13. In the event a winner withdraws or fails to meet the eligibility criteria, an alternate winner will be selected by the organizer.

14. 14.The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash,and must be accepted as offered.

15. The Organizer will not be responsible for any damaged or delayed packages.

16. By participating in this Contest, the participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.

17. All decisions by the Organizerare final and binding，and no further correspondence will be entertained.

18. The Organizer,in its sole discretion,reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
